Travelling is somthing taht I do a lot. I like to go from country to country and see what experiences I come across while I am there. Probably the most bizarre thing I have done is to fly in a russian mig 29. I just happened across a training course where people could learn to fly these things. It looked like fantastic fun and I asked if I could hang around and take some fly mig photo. However, it turned ut that they was actually a place going on the flight training course and so I ended up joining in and doing it which was amazing. So now, I have not only taken a picture of a MiG and taken one from a MiG but I actually had a chance of flying it as well. That was one thing that I did not expect to do on my travels, but was probably the most memorable.

I love taking city breaks. As a child I always loved going to the beach as I could make sandcastles all day long and never get bored. As I got older I found the sound of the sea very relaxing. However, I tend to like more exciting holidays these days and like going to major cities and visiting all of the famous landmarks and attractions that are there. I suppose I wouldn’t be able to relax now I have a family as I would have to be keeping an eye on them so I would rather be somewhere where we can all learn something.

I have decided not to go on holiday this year. It is partly because of the cost – as money is tight at times. However, I have young children and I think a long trip and staying away from home may be unsettling for them and so I think that a series of day trips could be better and should be lots of fun too. They are just as happy making sand castles in the rain on the beach as they are discovering new beaches in warmer countries. I think a few trips to Grannies and visits to museums and zoos and they will be happier than if we went away somewhere.

They also have reviews of the services they list and much more information than you would expect from this type of website, so you can make an informed decision not just based on price. Not only can you compare airport hotels and parking but they also have a section for Travel Insurance. This can be one of the most tricky things to book as there are so many companies offering it and so having a comparison service on a site like this can save a load of time. They also have a World Wide car hire comparison service to help you decide who to use when you get to your destination. On top of this you can look at Airport Lounges and decide whether it would be worth your while paying a little extra money in order to be able to relax in comfort while you are waiting for your flight. Having all of these fantastic and very useful features all of one website is so convenient, it is definitely worth taking a look before you go anywhere else.

Have you ever been travelling around abroad and had a complete mental block as to how much something costs in your home currency. I have often found that I am in a shop and looking at the price of something and suddenly cannot do the maths. I am sure it is just not me who does not carry a currency converter and relies on their brain to do the calculations for them. I was lucky, when my mind went blank, I asked the person with me what the equivalent price was. They were from the same country as me and so they could easily do the calculation for me. I do not know what it is but sometimes my brain seems to switch off and I just cannot do the currency conversion, I seem to turn the number round or something and get the maths backwards. I tend to know it is wrong as I know whether the equivalent amount in my currency should be more or less but sometimes I just struggle to even remember that! I have therefore come up with a realy good idea on how to get round this problem. I cannot be bothered with carrying round a hand held currency calculator as I normally travel light and do not normally need one. I also do not want to become more dependent on one in case the batteries run out and I cannot replace them or it breaks down for any other reason. Therefore I have decided to write out a small business card with a few rough calculations on for certain amounts of money. This means that I will at least have a rough idea of the price of things if I get into a situation where I just cannot do the maths. Hopefully it will work for me and I hope that this tip will help some other people to get around this problem as well.

Imagine for a second that you were one of the lucky people to have a million dollars, how long do you think you would be able to travel for? When I say travel I am talking about traveling around the world by any means necessary.
On a million dollars i think that you would be able to travel for 10 years through luxery accomodation etc or 30 years if you were to travel by budget.
Imagine that for 1 million dollars you could be free not to work for 10-30 years how crazy would that be!? now imagine if you were to spend that time working on your own business after 10 years you would have built up at least something to help you get by the time. I mean what would we do with all this time that we now had?
